How to find us:
On reaching Bath follow the signs to the  Bath University and the American Museum. At the top of Bathwick Hill the road bears to the left and the farm is on the right approximately five hundred yards further on (after the university entrance) .

The numbers  418 ,18 and  U18  buses stop near the farm gate and offer a frequent service into the city centre. (Click here for timetable). Save the hassle and expense ,leave your car at the farm ,and it's free parking.

Terms and conditions
Bed and breakfast, from £75-00 per double room for 2 people. Reduced rate for children sharing with their parents.
On confirmation, a deposit of the first night is required with the balance payable on arrival, ( sorry,but  please note we do not have the facility for  credit/debit  cards). 

Singles welcome from £55  per night for single occupancy of a double room.

There is a minimum  of a two night stay at weekends.

Reduction of £3 per person per night if  a cooked breakfast  is not required.

A deposit of one nights tariff is required to secure a booking. 

If cancelling 8 weeks or more prior to the start of the booking, the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of £20.

Sorry ,but cancellations/alterations  less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the booking will result in the  loss of deposit.

Please note we are closed between Christmas and New Year.
